Indy by Industrious Atrium Tower offers flexible office solutions in one of Berlin’s most iconic business districts. The eco-conscious space spans 5,400 square meters and features a sleek, modern design. With a mix of private offices, coworking spaces, and collaborative meeting rooms, Indy by Industrious Atrium Tower provides the perfect mix of work and leisure, offering everything from the best on-site team, a daily breakfast bar, unlimited coffee and tea, a private wellness room, and so much more.

Me made worked together with Quarterback on the office’s renovation. The project covered the renovation of  the office space area on level 7, 8, 9 and 10th floor.  The scope included:

Generally (Demolition works, Repairs to cracked or damaged existing door frames, renovation of existing walls; New decorations to all existing partitions, bulkheads, skirtings, columns, solid doors, riser doors; AV and security installations).

Offices (New wall and glass wall installation; New carpet installation;  New lighting installation)

Meeting rooms (New feature lighting;  Carpet deep clean;  New furniture installation;  and New AV installation).

Millwork (joinery) (New countertops generally; Kitchen Fronts repaired; New zip-taps (or equivalent) to all kitchenettes ; New appliances (Fridge, Microwave and dishwasher); feature lighting installation).

Communal areas (Timber flooring sanded and resealed; New furniture to some office spaces).

ME-made ensured that all details were carefully executed in line with both clients’ expectations. The project execution was managed with clarity and precision by allowing the finished space to reflect industious’s vision.
