“Noble Vie” is a versatile residential concept in Augsburg West, offering maximum living quality through the combination of modern design, proximity to nature, and well-developed infrastructure.
In Steppach, nature, architectural quality, and timeless design come together. The residential area offers a peaceful location amidst the nature of Augsburg West, close to kindergartens and primary schools, as well as shopping and dining options, while maintaining excellent connections to Munich and Stuttgart.
The design concept, developed from ideation to execution in close collaboration with the developer by ME-made GmbH, focuses on high-quality living, timelessness, and modern technology. The gently sloping plot presented some construction challenges, which were incorporated as a characteristic element in the design. Instead of leveling the plot, the three houses are arranged in a terraced manner, creating a unique silhouette on both the north and south sides. The distinctive architecture is showcased in a clear trio of colors. The window fronts are framed in white, anthracite, and copper. The residential ensemble impresses with bright, open rooms with generous layouts. High-quality materials such as exposed concrete, wood, and glass are skillfully combined in the interior, creating an unobtrusive design. Upon entering the houses, the staircase immediately catches the eye. It serves both a functional and aesthetic purpose. The cantilevered steps present themselves as a design object and simultaneously create a visual separation between the living area and the hallway leading to the kitchen. On the ground floor, a fireplace and a shelf are integrated into the staircase. On the first floor, space for a seating area is built into the stair element. Features such as the floating steps of the staircase or the large garden area, which invites creative landscaping, make living here an experience. The kitchen and bathroom offer high-quality fixtures and fittings. Flexible wall spotlights, panel-controlled shutters, and a door intercom system with live video transmission blend design with modern technology. ME-made GmbH oversees the project holistically, undertaking basic evaluation, design planning, technical planning of trades, and construction planning. Additionally, suggestions for furnishing the buildings and garden design were provided.
