“Noble Vie” is a modern residential concept in Augsburg West that brings together design, comfort, and convenience. Located in Steppach, the project offers a quiet setting surrounded by nature, paired with strong infrastructure and easy access to Munich and Stuttgart. With schools, shops, and dining close by, it delivers the quality of life that today’s residents expect from a forward-looking development.
ME-made GmbH partnered closely with the developer from concept through execution to create a design that balances timeless aesthetics with high standards of living. Rather than flattening the gently sloping site, the architecture embraces it. Three buildings are arranged in a terraced layout, forming a clear silhouette that responds to the terrain. This approach gives each house its own presence while maintaining a strong visual connection between them. The façades follow a distinct colour scheme with window frames in white, anthracite, and copper. Inside, open layouts and natural light shape the space. Exposed concrete, wood, and glass are combined with restraint to create a calm, refined atmosphere.
Design and function are seamlessly integrated. The staircase, visible from the entrance, acts as both a practical feature and a sculptural element. On the ground floor, it incorporates a fireplace and shelving, on the upper level, it creates a seating nook. Details such as floating steps, large garden spaces, and built-in smart features like panel-controlled shutters and a live video intercom add to the overall experience. ME-made managed every aspect of the project, including architectural and technical planning, coordination of trades, and construction support. The team also provided interior and landscaping recommendations, ensuring a cohesive vision from the first idea to the final detail.
