Sherpany, a startup offering software for agile meeting management, moved into a new office space in a listed building in Berlin-Moabit. The goal was to create a workspace that supports flexibility, comfort, and focused collaboration while staying true to the start-up’s forward-thinking approach.
At the heart of the 300-square-meter space are flexible workstations that double as conference tables or workshop areas. The open concept is balanced by three enclosed phone booths, each designed for quiet, focused work or private calls. Deep blue acoustic lining, soft lighting, and built-in benches make these spaces feel calm and inviting. A separate conference room and a lounge offer further options for private meetings or informal catch-ups. A kitchen and dining area give the team room to unwind and connect beyond work.
The charm of the space comes from its contrast of old and new. The character of the original building remains visible through exposed brick and irregular corners, while custom oak furniture and matte black steel details introduce a modern edge. Oak also runs through the entire space with classic parquet flooring and phone booths built to match. The result is a calm, refined environment that blends focus with flexibility and gives the team a strong sense of place in the middle of Berlin.
