The site is being reimagined through a full renovation and upgrade of an existing building. Across five floors, ME-made GmbH has created a use concept that combines residential and commercial functions with smart design. A stylish loft, two industrial-style atelier houses, exclusive gallery apartments, and a retail space will all take shape here. This isn’t just about adding square meters. Details matter. Stucco accents on the facade will tie the building into the surrounding historic streetscape.
