Coca Cola Berlin

A new co-working space was developed across 3,500 square metres on the third and fourth floors of an existing Berlin building. Following the initial concept by international design firm M Moser, the project was handed over to ME-made for local execution. Acting as both local architect and general contractor, we took charge of the Design Planning and full Construction Management process.

Working in close consultation with Coca-Cola as the tenant, we oversaw every aspect of the interior fit-out. This included building services, lighting, sanitary installations, ventilation, and custom furniture design. Our focus was on creating a workspace that was both functional and aligned with the original design intent, while meeting all local technical and regulatory requirements.

From the early Base Estimates through to final Take-Over, the project was delivered on schedule and ready for occupancy at the start of 2023. The result is a fully equipped co-working environment that reflects the evolving needs of modern teams while maintaining a clear design identity.
