Knotel commissioned ME-made to refurbish an existing office space in line with the specific operational needs of a new client. The project required the creation of distinct office rooms, including dedicated research and development laboratories, with a strong emphasis on both technical performance and workplace flow.
The scope involved an upgrade to the building’s HVAC system, along with reconfiguration of lighting, data, and small power infrastructure. ME-made also provided consultation on local norms and regulations related to office fit-outs, ensuring full compliance and smooth execution from the outset.
A key part of the design brief was to optimise the spatial layout, allowing for clear movement and functional zoning throughout the space. To support the design intent and ensure a cohesive look, ME-made integrated bespoke glass wall systems as a key feature within the space. These additions provided clear separation without disrupting the sense of openness. ME-made ensured the space was delivered fully upgraded, functional, and aligned with the client’s operational goals, ready to support their team from day one.
